Virginia's hemp laws are changing.

Beginning August 15, 2026, new state regulations will significantly limit which hemp-derived products can legally be sold in Virginia. Many products that have been widely available over the past several years will no longer be permitted under the new rules, even though Virginia's licensed adult-use cannabis market will not open until July 1, 2027.
